Booking Policy — AVA Car Rental L.L.C

Welcome to AVA Car Rental L.L.C. Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
1.Reservation Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized booking partners. A confirmation message or email will be sent upon successful reservation.

2.Driver Requirements

Minimum driver age is 21 years. A valid driving license (UAE or international), passport or Emirates ID, and visa copy (if applicable) are required at the time of rental.

3.Payment

A minimum of 50% of the total rental amount must be paid to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon vehicle delivery. We accept cash, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies.

4.Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The amount varies by vehicle type and is returned within 21 working days, provided no fines, damages, or violations are reported.

5.Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund (excluding bank fees). Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% charge. No-shows are non-refundable.

6.Delivery & Pickup

We offer free delivery and pickup within Dubai for rentals over 2 days. Additional charges may apply for other Emirates or special locations (e.g., airports, hotels).

7.Extensions & Modifications

To extend your rental or make changes, please contact us at least 12 hours before the end of your rental period. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional payment.

8.No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our vehicles. A cleaning fee of AED 500 will be charged for violations.

9.Traffic Fines

All traffic violations, parking tickets, or Salik (toll) charges incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility and will be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

10.Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are delivered clean, fully fueled, and in excellent condition. Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition.
